Movie Series Review

    I recently had the pleasure of watching 'Breaking Bad', and this movie series was truly captivating to watch. Every scene is made with a bunch of thought put into it and no scene is added without reason. I would give this movie an expert rating due to its excellent use of camera work and editing, how it holds the audiences attention, the spectacular cast of actors, and most of the dialogue and background music.

    First we'll talking about the how well this show holds the audiences attention. In the world of Breaking Bad, it is an cruel unforgiving place. This series shows no fear when showing the reader the dark side of our world. The story is very eventful and I would even say that no scene is not important/filler (except that one filler episode where he catches the fly)(It was a good episode anyways). The actors and camera work also make it very easy to just get glued to your screen, but I will talk about them soon. 

    Speaking about talking about it soon, lets talk about the actors. Within Breaking bad we see a wide array of interesting and fleshed out characters such as Walter White, Gus Fring, Jesse James, and Hank Schraeder as well as others. All of these characters have there own backstories and how they mesh with each other is interesting to witness.

    Next is the camera work and editing of the series. The creators of breaking bad truly went all out when they made all the scenes in breaking bad. The editing enhances the feeling of the audience and the actions of the characters. You truly never know how one random scene will transition into the actual story and not to mention the shots and angles used are pretty abstract at times.

    Finally we will talk about the dialogue and background elements. Of course the dialogue is mostly very interesting to listen too and always has an element of importance in advancing the story or developing a character. I did think that some peoples dialogue was a little boring at times, but besides those very few scenarios, it was very entertaining watching the witty conversations and sayings from the characters. I have got to say, the music and background sound in this series is truly perfect. For every scene they picked the best sound to amplify the mood and get the audience through the story.

    Due to all these elements- of course some points very taken off due to some boring conversations -I gave this show an expert grade with 75/80 for an actual score. I would gladly rewatch this series as many times as possible and I am already halfway through my second watch.
