Moodboard!

 For this first moodboard, I tried to emulate the most common aspects of parties such as disco balls/flashing lights, a DJ, a loud speaker, and a red cup for all kinds of drinks. I chose to include the disco ball as they are common to see in a party and get everyone in the partying mood. DJs are also usually present at parties and really get the party started. Dancing is one of the main things you do at parties and are spurred on by the DJ. The speaker is essential to every party whether its used for dancing songs, or activities. Finally the red cup symbolizes all the fun drinks and foods at a party. I wanted the audience to see how much fun the people in the photo are having by the big smile on the characters face and the other photos show what should be expected to be at a party.

In this second moodboard, I decided to show what a prisoner usually wears, eats, how a prison guard usually looks like, an example of an average prison yard, and an old fashioned ball and chain. I chose the ball and chain to symbolize how most of the prisoners lives are now controlled, I chose the tray to show the depressing meal they get everyday and how bad it looks, I chose this prison yard since it looked unkept and raggedy, for the officer he just looks very serious, official and that is how your average cliche prison guard looks, and finally that is how your average prisoner looks. I wanted the audience to see how stern the prisoner is to show how horrible of a place prison is. Also he looks a little menacing showing how prison changes you. I wanted the audience to feel that prison is a very horrible place to live and see the conditions of the place.

For this board I chose to include one of the wildlife in Antarctica, I included two of the storms that occur there, I put a place that someone made as shelter, and a guy who is trying to survive the cold. I chose these because they show the harsh environment of Antarctica. For example I put a blizzard which has high winds and is shown pushing a guy back and an avalanche which can easily kill someone. The Polar bear and other wild life can make it hard to survive there as well. Lastly the igloo shows a structure that someone needed to build in order to survive the cold temperatures and to further show the harsh cold I put a guy freezing. I wanted the audience to think that the character in the photo was very unhappy with his circumstances and a little scared of what might happen to himself if he doesn't get out of the cold. 

In this final board, I chose to emulate what you would see in a soccer match such as a soccer ball, goal, audience, field marks, and the winning team. Also I wanted to show what mood soccer matches give off. I chose to put the soccer ball, goal, and field to just show what you will always see in a usual soccer match and I chose the picture of the audience and the picture of the winners to show the excitement of a soccer game. The audience can see that the characters are ecstatic that they won and how winning a soccer match is a very big deal for these players.
